Surplus Funds Return Services

GO FAR offers compassionate, detail-oriented support for people who may be entitled to recover surplus funds left over after certain property tax sales. We help identify potential funds, explain the county process in plain language, organize documents, track deadlines, and coordinate next steps with care and clarity. Our approach is transparent, dignity-centered, and grounded: clients can always pursue a claim directly on their own, and GO FAR is here for those who want trusted support navigating the process.

Counseling, Coaching & Legacy Support

GO FAR in partnership with IEC provides therapeutic and transformational support for people who are healing, preparing, organizing, integrating, strategizing, and taking grounded action toward a more abundant life and legacy. Blending Inner Equity Council’s depth-oriented counseling and coaching with practical planning, relational insight, and real-world next-step support, this work helps clients not only process what they have lived through, but build the inner and outer structures needed to move forward with more clarity, wholeness, purpose, and intergenerational intention.

Future Real Estate Services

GO FAR is developing a values-aligned real estate practice rooted in legacy, clarity, and community resilience. Forthcoming services will include buyer and seller support, first-time homebuyer and multigenerational family guidance, small multi-unit and mixed-use property strategy, and legacy-minded advisory around stewardship, sustainability, and long-term wealth building. The vision remains clear: to offer grounded, relationship-based real estate support that helps people make property decisions they will still feel good about decades from now, while linking real estate to intergenerational wellbeing, ethical investment, and place-based abundance.
